Welcome to my page showcasing projects I have done during my Interactive Design classes. You will find a collection of my work on user research, information architecture, and user story narratives.
Our team tackled the issue of food allergy/dietary preferences in JMU dining. We conducted user research through surveys and interviews to understand student pain points. Using this data, we created personas, task flows, and storyboards to guide our design. The process culminated in low- and high-fidelity wireframes of a mobile app that helps students easily find allergen and ingredient information in campus dining options.

Here is our low-fidelity app prototype on Figma. Early-stage wireframes were created to map out core user flows like browsing menus, filtering by dietary needs, and viewing allergen info. This prototype allowed our team to test navigation and layout with users.
Designed and developed a responsive website using Bootstrap as part of a rebranding initiative for JMU InterVarsity. The site highlights key ministry areas, upcoming events, and opportunities to get involved. Focused on creating a clean, accessible layout that reflects the brand identity.
In this project, "Dukes Dorms", I conducted user research to improve the way information is presented to incoming and current students about on-campus housing. Through surveys and interviews, I gathered valuable insights into the needs and preferences of the users. Based on this research, I was able to identify key areas for improvement and develop practical recommendations for presenting information about on-campus housing in a clear and user-friendly way. By taking a user-centered approach, I aimed to create a more engaging and effective experience for students seeking on-campus housing. This project consisted of user research, user narratives, wire framing, site mapping, and an app low-fidelity prototype.
