My story begins with a love for creativity that has been with me since childhood. I took four years of photography in high school, which fueled my passion for creativity. Now, as a college student, I feel incredibly blessed to be able to pursue my passion for creating media and other works of art. I am majoring in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in Interactive Design and a minor in Educational Media. I have a diverse skill set that enables me to add value to others across multiple platforms. This includes user experience design, working with effective design principles, and developing media with illustrations and typography.
I'm currently a junior at James Madison University, where my passion for media has grown tremendously. Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to explore a wide range of creative and technical skills through my coursework, from design principles to digital storytelling. Each class has deepened my understanding of how media can impact and inspire others, and it's been exciting to apply what I've learned to real projects. My time at JMU has been a journey of growth, both creatively and professionally, and I can't wait for what's to come!
Through my concentration in Interactive Design, I've developed a strong foundation in user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design. I enjoy creating digital experiences that are both visually engaging and user-friendly, and I’m skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS, and Canva.
